Audits and Assurance and reviews of financial statements
We are officially authorized to audit financial statements, registered under the number 4252. We offer the full scope of auditing services, including audits and reviews of financial statements, prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Our position is that auditing and assurance go hand in hand, both are needed to assure that all records reflect the highest standards and professional accuracy.
Other auditing services (transformation / merger of companies)
As part of our auditing services, we also provide other financial services, including, but not limited to:
• the examination of plans for the transformation, merger or division of companies,
• the examination of the fair value of in-kind contributions in joint-stock companies,
• attestation services required by separate legal provisions or contracts concluded.
Valuations
As part of our consultancy services, we provide valuation services for enterprises, organized parts of an enterprise or individual assets. When preparing valuations, we work closely with the client regarding the forecasted elements and financial models. Depending on the client’s needs and our recommendations, we can prepare a quote based on one selected method or several methods.
Depending on your needs, our valuations may include:
• the basis for determining the value of the transaction in the purchase / sale of shares or assets,
• necessary to the extent specified by the legislator (e.g. Commercial Companies Code),
• prepared for financial reporting purposes.

A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and the international International Management Program at the Fachhochschule Pforzheim, I have been a professional financial advisor for about xx years.
Between the years 2003–2009, I worked for the international auditing companies Roedl & Partner and KPMG Audyt, where I was responsible for conducting audits and reviews of financial statements of international companies and capital groups across a wide-range of industries, reporting in accordance with Polish, international and group accounting standards.
Since 2009, I have continued my professional career in the field of auditing and consulting services: first as a statutory auditor operating in a one-person office. And since 2010, I co-founded The CSWP Group, which in 2018 was ranked in the top 10 largest auditing companies in Poland according to „Rzeczpospolita”. As a partner in the auditing and valuation departments for 8 years, I was responsible for advising Polish and international clients in the field of auditing and in assessing their financial statements, group packages and other assurance services, as well as valuations for transaction, registration or other pending disputes.
